BAD GUY, BAD TIMING
written, directed, and edited by me

I spend my Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights in a writers’ room with my thirteen funniest friends.

I auditioned for 7th Grade Sketch Comedy two weeks into college because I assumed they just produced SNL-style videos.

It turns out, we also write and perform three live comedy shows per semester.

Since joining, 37 of my sketches have been performed live, and 5 have been filmed.

Last summer, I volunteered to produce some social media content for Sustainability Matters—a local environmental nonprofit.

The following videos are written, directed, and edited by myself.

Yes, I was my high school’s SoundCloud rapper.

I downloaded Ableton Live during the pandemic, and have since taught myself how to mix audio—a skill I’ve utilized not only in music production, but in the sound design of podcasts and short films as well.

While I still chop samples from time to time, I’ve shifted toward more of a chill, indie folk sound.

KILLERS DON’T WEAR SHERPA

Entry in the 24 Speed competition at the 2025 Ampersand International Arts Festival.

All groups were required to use the periodic table as a prop, and “And look at that, it practically lights up the whole room,” as a line of dialogue. My group was assigned the thriller genre.

Entry in the 24 Speed competition at the 2024 Ampersand International Arts Festival.

All groups were required to use a frog as a prop, and “Regret—what a funny word,” as a line of dialogue. My group was assigned the reflexive genre.

Despite what I consider to be a poorly-written script, I wrote the required line of dialogue with a fourth-wall break—which, somehow, prompted the judges to award my group with Best Use of Line of Dialogue.

CADENCE OF MIND (SPRING 2025)

I spent several late nights recording sound on the set of a student thesis film. We’re still in the editing process, so the film is yet to release. For now, here’s a cool picture of me talking to the boom operator.
